Required Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or accounting software/ERP.
Freshers in CA / ACCA can also apply!
Strong accounting fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in data migration to a new accounting or ERP system.
Hands-on experience in financial year-end closing.
Positive analytical and communication skills, including with US customers and non-accountants.
Comfortable in customer-facing work and US time zones.
Transparent documentation, attention to detail and ability to train end users.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to US accounting practices, GAAP, taxation or payroll.
Experience with cloud accounting/ERP platforms such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics or Xero.
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations or SQL.
CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA,



or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities
Understand each customer's business and configure the right accounting solution.
Lead accounting side of migrations from legacy systems to the current product (scoping to go-live).
Work with technical teams on data requirements and validate data before loading.
Ensure opening balances are accurate and signed off by the customer.
Guide and review team members, coordinate across teams and build the migration knowledge base.
Train end users and support customers after go-live.
Handle hands-on accounting work as needed, including month-end and year-end close.
