Key Responsibilities

● Annotate, tag, and label large volumes of language datasets (text and audio) used to

train and evaluate the AI voice bot

● Review, correct, and validate annotated data for grammatical, tonal, dialect, and

contextual accuracy

● Identify, flag, and resolve errors, edge cases, and inconsistencies in datasets to

maintain high data quality standards

● Translate and localize bot scripts and conversation flows from English/Hindi into your

language (and vice versa)

● Test, and iterate on AI prompts to improve the bot's responses, tone, and accuracy in

your language

● Conduct quality audits on bot-generated speech/text and feed corrections back into

the annotation pipeline

● Collaborate with product team to identify data gaps and suggest annotation or prompt

improvements

● Train, mentor, and review the work of language interns to ensure consistent

annotation quality

Requirements

● Native or near-native fluency in the required language, with strong command of

English/Hindi

● Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or related field (preferred, not

mandatory)

● Prior experience in data annotation, labeling, translation, localization, or

content/quality review

● Comfortable working with annotation tools, spreadsheets, and structured guidelines

● Basic understanding of AI/NLP concepts or willingness to learn prompt engineering

● Valuable communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional tech teams

● Prior experience with data annotation or labeling tools/platforms

● Exposure to prompt engineering or working with LLMs
