Raichur, Karnataka Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive patient footfall, strengthen referral networks, and promote the hospital's services and specialties.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement hospital marketing and business development strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, RMPs, corporates, and referral sources.
• Plan and coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
• Increase OPD/IPD footfall and generate patient referrals.
• Develop corporate and institutional healthcare tie-ups.
• Promote hospital specialties, doctors, and services through appropriate marketing channels.




• Promote and coordinate awareness and patient outreach related to government healthcare schemes and insurance programs.
• Track marketing activities, patient referrals, conversions, and monthly targets.
• Prepare regular reports and provide market feedback to management. Requirements
• MBA/PG in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing or business development.
• Solid communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Positive knowledge of the local healthcare market.
• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
