Qualifications:
• 10+ years of U.
S. Corporate Tax experience
• Robust expertise in Form 1120, consolidated returns, and ASC 740
• Experience reviewing complex tax engagements and leading teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• CA, CPA, EA, or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities:
• Review of corporate tax returns and workpapers
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• Research tax issues and provide practical solutions
• Mentor and develop tax specialists
• Drive quality, efficiency, and process improvements
