Your role
Build partnerships with hospitals, transplant coordinators, ICU teams and skin/tissue banks.
Strengthen donor identification, notification and compassionate consent pathways.
Coordinate authorised retrieval teams and timely tissue handover.
Lead stakeholder awareness programmes and improve programme performance.

Who should apply?
Self-motivated specialists with experience in deceased organ donation, transplant coordination, donor counselling or tissue banking.
Kidney, liver and multi-organ transplant-coordination experience is welcome. Direct skin/tissue-banking experience is preferred; robust transferable deceased-donation experience will also be considered.
Tamil proficiency is strongly preferred; English proficiency is required. Extensive travel and availability for time-sensitive coordination are essential.
