We are seeking an experienced Senior Cribl Engineer to design, automate, and govern enterprise observability pipelines within a highly regulated banking environment. The resource will be responsible for architecting and maintaining Cribl Stream in an on-premises infrastructure, ensuring secure, compliant, and productive telemetry data movement across the organisation.

The role requires strong expertise in Cribl Stream, Splunk integration, CI/CD automation, scripting, and Linux administration, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support enterprise monitoring and regulatory reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain Cribl Stream pipelines in an on-premises setting.
Route, filter, transform, and optimise telemetry and log data to improve ingestion efficiency and reduce unnecessary data volumes.
Integrate Cribl pipelines with downstream platforms such as Splunk, Datadog,



and Elastic.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for configuration deployment and version control using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Develop Python or Bash scripts to automate log processing, configuration management, and operational activities.
Troubleshoot data ingestion issues, pipeline performance, and Splunk integration challenges.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and audit requirements within the banking workplace.
Collaborate with Splunk engineering, infrastructure, security, and observability teams to support monitoring and regulatory reporting needs.
