Key Job Responsibilities
Independently design and implement complex distributed software using object-oriented approach/ technologies.
Leading ambiguous and undefined technical problems to resolution.
Design and develop services which can handle high volume transactions and data.
Should understand business requirements, challenges and translate them to working solution.
Independently resolve the technical issues understanding existing code and architecture.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other engineers, review other engineers work insisting on highest standards.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Influence the cross functional teams in designing the solutions that impact larger organization

Mandatory Qualifications
7+ years of non-internship skilled software/product development experience.




3+ years of skilled experience in design, architecture (reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
Experience in programming/ software development by delivering high quality code in any software programming language.
Experience in full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control managements, operational excellence and CI/CD processes.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum workplace to deliver quality software at speed

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering.
Experience in developing cloud-native applications using Java technologies.
