Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support financial analysis for pre-IPO opportunities and manage existing client relationships. The role requires strong understanding of financial evaluation along with strong follow-up skills in a merchant banking workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in analysis and evaluation of pre-IPO investment opportunities, including review of financials and business models.




Track deal progress and support internal coordination with relevant teams.
Prepare summaries, reports, and internal notes for decision-making.
Maintain relationships with the existing network of financial consultants.
Ensure continuous follow-up with existing clients to track prospects and ongoing engagements.
Track and monitor deal pipeline, investor interest, and transaction progress.

Skills & Qualifications
Qualified CA with minimum 1 year of experience post qualification.
Working experience in financial services, banking, investment or client relationship roles
Strong understanding of financial statements and business analysis
