Hiring: Document Processing Specialist – Confirmations

We are looking for candidates to join a Legal Response Operations – Confirmations team supporting audit and document confirmation activities for institutional and non-institutional clients.

Key Skills
Audit Confirmations / Document Processing
Banking / Financial Services knowledge preferred
Knowledge of OTC, Treasury, Loans & Global Markets is an added advantage
Solid MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Solid attention to detail, accuracy & quality mindset
Good analytical, organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Commerce / Finance / Accounting graduates preferred
Legal / audit-related experience is an added advantage

Role Responsibilities
Process and index audit confirmation documents
Handle confirmation requests and related documentation




Support audit filings for institutional and non-institutional clients
Review information accurately and identify discrepancies
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, accounting firms and global stakeholders
Escalate issues and ensure timely completion within SLAs
Maintain strong quality and control standards

Shift Details

Current shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Other shifts may be applicable based on business requirements:
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

US Calendar & US holidays will be followed.

During January–April, candidates should be adaptable to work additional hours / Saturdays based on business requirements. Any additional day-off or shift allowance will depend on the applicable business requirements and policies.
