Job Description

ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist with 8+ years of experience.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist with strong hands-on implementation experience and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to understand requirements and design appropriate ServiceNow VR solutions.
Implement and configure ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, including vulnerability lifecycle, remediation workflows, assignments, SLAs, and reporting.
Implement and troubleshoot integrations with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, etc.
Work with CMDB, CIs, asset data, and IRE to ensure accurate vulnerability-to-CI mapping.
Configure/customize ServiceNow components and troubleshoot implementation issues.
Conduct client workshops, demos, solution discussions,



and provide technical recommendations.
Support testing, deployment, and post-production issues.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow VR/SecOps implementation.
Positive understanding of vulnerability management processes and tools.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs.
Working knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow platform configuration/development.
Solid communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients.
Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
Preferred : ServiceNow VR/SecOps certification and experience with enterprise vulnerability management implementations.

Total Experience : 8 - 10 years
