Job Description – Sr. Executive – Raw Material Store Operations
Department: Raw Material Stores & Warehouse
Reporting To: Manager – PPC & Stores
Job Purpose: Ensure productive receipt, storage, inventory control, and timely issue of raw materials to production while maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance, safety, and warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day raw material store operations including receiving, storage, issue, and stock transfers.
Ensure timely material availability to production.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical verification.
Implement FIFO/FEFO and material traceability.
Optimize warehouse space utilization.
Coordinate with Procurement, PPC, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.
Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
Perform SAP/ERP transactions including GRN and stock transfers.
Lead inventory audits and close observations.
Implement SOPs, 5S, and safety practices.




Drive warehouse continuous improvement projects.
Prepare warehouse MIS and KPI reports.
Manage warehouse manpower and training.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain.
MBA/PGDM preferred.
6–10 years' experience in manufacturing stores/warehouse.
Hands-on SAP/ERP knowledge.
