Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Associate to join our Growth & Content Marketing team. This is a cross-functional role that combines data, content, CRM, community engagement, and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and creative, with a robust interest in growth marketing and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
Data & Reporting
Build and maintain performance dashboards across marketing channels
Gather and consolidate data from stakeholders to surface insights on campaign effectiveness
Support the team in making data-driven decisions through clear, structured reporting
CRM & Communications
Schedule and manage CRM campaigns across the consumer lifecycleJob Title:

Ensure timely and accurate communication across touchpoints
Content & Community Management
Support content distribution across social media and community platforms
Maintain a consistent brand presence and tone across channels

What We're Looking For

Must Have:
1–4 years of experience in marketing, content, growth, or a related field
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Positive to Have:
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools
Experience in content marketing, community management, or influencer partnerships
Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-focused businesses
