Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with knowledge of Order Management (OM), Supply Chain processes, and SAP. The candidate should have a robust interest in Quality Management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor quality standards across order management and supply chain processes.
Identify process gaps and support quality improvement initiatives.
Use SAP for process tracking, data management, and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and quality-related issues.
Maintain quality records, documentation, and reports.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.




Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of Order Management and Supply Chain processes.
SAP experience is mandatory.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in Quality Management and process improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Candidates interested in transitioning into Quality Management.
Practical SAP experience is essential.
