Position: Sales Associate

Location: Hinjewadi,Pune

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls using an outbound dialler.
Pitch products/services to international customers and drive end-to-end sales.
Understand customer needs, handle objections, and convert leads effectively.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and customer information in CRM systems.
Work closely with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Ensure high levels of customer engagement and deliver a qualified sales experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications




18 Months of international outbound sales experience (mandatory).
Robust knowledge of working with outbound dialler tools (Predictive/Auto/Manual).
Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or easily understandable accent.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Basic understanding of sales processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
