The role
We’re looking for an organised, computer-savvy coordinator to run the desk side of our Bhiwandi warehouse. You’ll handle bookings, paperwork and system updates, so our warehouse team can focus on the floor.
What you’ll do
Book delivery appointments and slots on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and other customer portals
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transporters, and track shipments until delivered
Prepare dispatch documents: invoices, e-way bills, packing lists and delivery challans
Update stock movements, inward and outward,
in our inventory system and Excel
Maintain daily dispatch and stock reports for the operations team
Follow up on delivery confirmations, PODs and portal issues
What we’re looking for
0 to 2 years in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, e-commerce or back-office operations (freshers with strong computer skills welcome)
Good with Excel and comfortable learning online portals quickly
Organised, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups
Transparent communication in English and Hindi
Lives within easy commuting distance of Bhiwandi (Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli)

Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days a week
