Customer Support Executive - Rebel Chat
Location : Jagatpura, Jaipur Work Mode : Work From Office (WFO)
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer queries via chat in a qualified manner.
Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company guidelines and processes while handling chats.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customers.
Requirements :
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable typing skills are preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
