Job Description: Agency channel Sales
Recruiting, screening, and training current agents.
Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
Establishing robust relationships with staff and clients.
Ensuring all staff exercise valuable time management.
Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
