Responsibilities:
Experience with US staffing would be preferred.
Experience working on W2, Full time requirements.
Valuable experienced with US Tax Terms
Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc).
Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards.
Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or maintenance of Requirement Logs in spreadsheets is highly desired.
