Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential clients, doctors, and distributors for pharma franchise prospects.
Handle inbound calls, queries, and follow-ups professionally.
Explain company products, offers, and services to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to achieve targets.
Ensure proper follow-up and timely conversion of leads.
Handle basic office coordination & front-desk telephonic support when required.
Pay: ₹9,025.38 - ₹10,000.00 per month
