Job Profile: Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Support Staff member who will assist our users in resolving daily queries and ensuring smooth platform usage.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle daily user queries via call, WhatsApp, and chat support
Assist pharma retailers, suppliers, and companies in using ListApp services
Update and maintain records in Excel sheets
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
Support onboarding and basic product listing assistance

Required Skills :
Basic computer knowledge
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel
Comfortable communicating with pharma suppliers and companies
Positive verbal communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
Problem-solving attitude and patience
Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently

Eligibility :
Graduate (Any stream) preferred
Freshers can apply
Experience in pharma industry or customer support is an added advantage
