Receptionist & Telecaller - Real Estate

Location : Habsiguda, Hyderabad Experience : Min 6 Months Industry : Real Estate

Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Generate and maintain customer leads.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks.

Requirements :
6 months to 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Pleasant personality with valuable interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary : As per industry standands

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
