About Us: Arvyan Living Azure is a boutique property offering 25 premium studio apartments with private balconies, designed for comfort, aesthetics, and a refined stay experience.

Role Overview: We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive room occupancy (target: 24+ rooms) through strategic partnerships and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage corporate tie-ups with companies, hospitals, colleges, and institutions
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market reach




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experience
Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets

Requirements :
Proven experience in sales (hospitality/real estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Local market knowledge (Jaipur) is a plus
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Compensation:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives on bookings
