A Receptionist handles front-desk operations and provides essential office support, including greeting visitors, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. They ensure a tidy, secure reception area and assist with daily administrative tasks like courier handling, vendor management, and basic record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting in all the tasks assigned by the management on daily basis.

Front Desk & Reception
Greet visitors, manage inquiries, and maintain a skilled, tidy reception area.

Administrative Support - Coordinate meetings, Vendor management, maintain calendars, and assist departments with clerical work like filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Office Upkeep & Supplies - Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors. Security & Safety - Monitor visitor logbooks, issue badges,



and follow safety procedures.

Documentation - Prepare reports, handle courier services, and maintain records.

Requirements & Qualifications Education - Graduate.

Experience - 1+Yrs experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role will be prefrred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), solid verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Punctual, well-groomed, and able to handle confidential information.

Immediate joiners prefrred.
