Responsible for negotiating with MLOs/ NVOCCs to ensure that we have in market” rates and suitable supply of equipments on an ALL INDIA/ Regional BASIS
Liaise with Shipping Lines, Overseas Counterparts, Customs Brokers, Transport Vendors, Port Authorities Other Vendors to ensure competitive pricing is sourced and fed in system.
Provide ocean freight rate quotations to customers.
Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers.
Effectively maintain the relationship with existing customers
Work closely with shippers, vendors, and suppliers and complete errors on incomplete or inconsistent documentation
Handle customer inquiries and questions to ensure customer satisfactions
Ability to multitask under pressure while meeting deadlines
Requires 1 years sales experience with a minimum 1-year experience in Freight Forwarding
Experience :
total work: 1 year (preferred)
