Role Overview

We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the Visual Vibrations showroom . The role involves welcoming guests, managing calls, coordinating client visits, and ensuring a professional front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers visiting the showroom.
Maintain a professional and courteous front desk presence .
Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a visitor log and appointment records .
Coordinate with sales teams for client meetings and demonstrations .
Provide basic information about company segments such as Modular Kitchens, Lighting, Home Theatre,



and Automation .
Ensure the reception and waiting area remains clean, organized, and presentable .
Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation when required.

Preferred
Prior experience in front office or receptionist role :
Experience in showroom or customer-facing environment

Pay: ₹8,625.07 - ₹23,993.09 per month
