Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, website enquiries)
Counsel students about courses (AI, Data Analytics, Full Stack, etc.)
Understand student needs and suggest the right program
Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain lead data and update CRM/records
Achieve monthly admission targets
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams

Required Skills :
Valuable communication (English + Hindi / Hinglish)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Basic understanding of IT courses (training will be provided)
Target-oriented mindset

Preferred
Experience in education sales / counselling
Freshers with solid communication can also apply
