Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring quality patient care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure productive and effective hospital operations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and departments.
Develop and manage the hospital’s budget.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience in hospital management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Solid understanding of hospital operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
