Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth execution of company SOPs and operational processes across sales and service teams
Maintain CRM hygiene: ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and organized
Track lead progress, monitor overdue tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle lead assignment based on region, priority, or product verticals
Regularly audit CRM usage and guide the team on best practices
Support pipeline management, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements
Generate and share MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and dashboards reflecting KPIs, conversion rates, and team productivity
Assist in onboarding and training current sales team members on CRM and process workflows
Collaborate with marketing for lead handovers and feedback loops
Act as a bridge between sales and service teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Tech/data handling experience required. :




Freshers - 1 year experience required :
MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATES ONLY MUST APPLY :
Strong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and operational workflows
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems, MIS reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets
Self-motivated, process-driven, and hands-on in ensuring follow-ups and smooth operations

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
