Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end hiring across operations, warehouse, customer support, marketing, e-commerce, sales, and office roles.
HR Operations
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee records.
Track attendance, leave, and coordinate payroll inputs.
Handle employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.
Process & Administration
Maintain HR trackers, employee documentation, and basic HR processes.
Support implementation of HR policies and workplace discipline.
Prior experience in hiring for D2C brands, e-commerce, startups, or consumer businesses preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and recruitment skills.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously.

Qualifications :




No degree requirement — relevant experience and capability matter more than formal education.
Prior HR or recruitment experience preferred.
