About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Interns to help expand our customer base, generate leads, and support business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in B2B sales, SaaS marketing, customer acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with business owners, startups, educational institutions, and SMEs.
Explain MakeRoot's products and services to prospective customers.
Schedule product demos and sales meetings for the business team.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market and competitor research.




Assist in customer onboarding and relationship management.

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, BBA, MBA, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
Solid communication skills in English and local languages.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer interaction.
Comfortable with calling, lead generation, and client communication.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
