We are seeking a CRM & Marketing Executive to manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and marketing activities for our business. The role focuses on lead management, client communication, and promoting of our services effectively.
Responsibilities :
Manage wedding inquiries, leads, and client data in the CRM
Handle follow-ups, bookings, and client coordination
Support marketing campaigns for wedding services and packages
Coordinate social media promotions and content scheduling
Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
Required Skills :
Solid communication and client-handling skills
Basic understanding of wedding services and customer journey
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
