Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field activities and direct customer interaction
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
Lead, guide, and support team members for better productivity

Conduct market visits and identify new growth opportunities
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer service
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and leadership skills




Experience in field sales and team handling preferred
Ability to work under target-based environment
Good networking and relationship-building skills
