Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day management of our school/college hostel and ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment for students.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being
Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations
Monitor attendance, entry/exit, and daily routines of students
Handle student concerns, provide basic guidance, and inform management when needed
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and administration
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities
Oversee food quality and dining arrangements
Maintain records of residents, visitors, and incidents

Requirements :
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and guide students with patience and discipline
Responsible, alert, and approachable personality
Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
Prior experience in a hostel/school workplace preferred

Working Hours : Adaptable

Location : Ghatkesar/Bibinagar

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
