About Us : We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of crystals, gemstone jewelry, and spiritual products, supplying to both Indian and international markets. We are looking for a detail-oriented back office executive to support our daily digital and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle day-to-day back office operations related to orders, listings, and product data
Update product details, pricing, and inventory across platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)
Process and manage incoming orders from WhatsApp, website, and marketplaces
Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing
Maintain records of orders, customers, and inventory in Excel/Google Sheets
Assist in uploading current products, images, and basic content updates
Monitor inquiries and assign them to relevant team members
Ensure all data is accurate, updated, and properly organized

Requirements :




Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets :
Comfortable working on computer for daily operational tasks
Basic understanding of online platforms (no technical coding required)
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

Preferred (Not Mandatory) :
Experience in e-commerce, back office, or operations
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, or IndiaMART
Experience handling product uploads or order processing
