Key Responsibilities :
Design Creation : Develop original and seasonal designs for baby girls' readymade garments, considering style, comfort, safety, and trends.
Product Development : Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are converted into high-quality products, adhering to size specifications and fabric choices.
Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, particularly in the children’s clothing market, and incorporate them into design concepts.
Sketching & Technical Drawings : Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for garment production, including measurements, construction techniques, and finishing details.
Sample Review : Oversee the creation of garment samples and make necessary adjustments to improve design, fit, or functionality.
Quality Control : Ensure that designs meet company standards for quality, functionality,



and safety, particularly focusing on comfort and ease of wear for babies.
Collaboration : Work closely with pattern makers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure designs are executed to perfection.
Documentation : Maintain explicit records of designs, patterns, and specifications for future reference and production needs.
Market Research : Monitor customer feedback, competitor designs, and sales data to refine and improve garment designs over time.

Experience :

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
