Responsibilities
Online and Offline Sales and related business growth
Visiting all present stores and check operations
First level management of retail sales executives and their grooming, punctuality etc
Opening & Closing of Store
Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customer's questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Achieve assigned Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Sales Targets
Upkeep of stores
Delivering goods to the customers
Maintain in-stock, cash & company assets
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
Manage returns of merchandise
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Stay up-to-date with recent products/services and competitors
Comply with inventory control procedures

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
