We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Field) to drive client acquisition across Kolkata and West Bengal.

You will identify prospective businesses, visit them in person, pitch our HR compliance and payroll services, and secure follow-up meetings or proposal confirmations.

Key responsibilities :
Research and identify prospective client businesses
Visit client offices, industrial units, and business parks daily
Meet HR heads, finance managers, and business owners independently
Pitch outsourced HR compliance and payroll management services
Arrange follow-up meetings or confirm proposal sending with interested prospects
Maintain daily visit logs and lead pipeline
Coordinate with back-office team for proposal dispatch

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
