This job includes

Customer Interaction :
Customer First Attitude : Always prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

Order Execution :
Tally Software : Accurately process and execute customer orders using Tally ERP software.
Customer care team handling:
Ensure that the team punches all customer orders through any medium into the software as sales orders.
Order Fulfillment : Ensure that all items in the customer’s order are correctly supplied and meet quality standards, any shortage in item is communicated to the customer and the purchase dept.

Customer Service Excellence :
Soft-Spoken : Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor when dealing with customers, even in challenging situations.
Problem Solving : Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
