Maintenance Technician for a 4 star hotel at Thrissur having experience in handling STP, Solar water heater, WTP, HT connections, plumping & electrical works and all other operations come under maintenance department. The applicant must have experience of minimum 1 year at similar industry. Must have ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical and plumbing breakdowns.
Key responsibilities
Ensure effective operations of facilities and equipements
Can handle electrical and plumbing maintenance works.
Awareness to do PPM
Compliance with safety regulation
Technical knowledge
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
