The Retail Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers visiting the Honey Experience Center, explaining honey varieties, conducting product demonstrations and tasting sessions, and promoting the sale of honey and related products while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome and assist visitors entering the Honey Experience Center.
Provide information about different types of honey and bee products.
Sales
Promote and sell honey products and other farm products.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Product Demonstration
Conduct honey tasting sessions for visitors.
Explain the health advantages and origin of honey varieties.
Store Presentation
Maintain attractive product displays and cleanliness of the center.
Ensure products are properly stocked and arranged.
Customer Engagement
Encourage customers to leave Google reviews and share their experience.
Sales Reporting
Maintain daily sales records and report to management.
Qualification
Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree :
Experience in retail sales / shop sales / tourism center preferred
Skills :
Positive communication skills
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
