A Retail Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store-floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising sales associates, maintaining merchandise displays, and helping achieve sales targets. They act as a link between store management and floor staff, ensuring smooth operations and a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support sales associates during daily operations.
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Monitor sales performance and help achieve store sales goals.
Assign tasks and manage staff schedules and floor coverage.
Train, coach, and motivate team members.
Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked and organized.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle cash management procedures and assist with opening and closing duties.
Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and loss-prevention procedures.
Prepare operational and sales reports for store management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
