As a Captain, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by overseeing table service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of service staff, manage daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervising and coordinating the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring accurate and timely service.
Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain satisfaction.
Providing menu recommendations and upselling food and beverages.
Ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings in the dining area.
Training and mentoring junior service staff.
Assisting in inventory checks and reporting any shortages to management.




Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications :
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Robust leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
