Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects/services.
Coordinate with sales, site, and internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Follow up with clients, manage queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
Support the sales and marketing team in lead management and customer engagement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility & Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Relationship / Customer Support / CRM / Client Handling roles.
Background in Real Estate / Construction / Hospitality / Retail is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable customer handling and relationship management abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage.
