Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Analyze customer feedback, preferences, and pain points to identify opportunities for growth and

improvement
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and

drive business outcomes




Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product

development
Lead complaint resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective solutions that exceed expectations
Stay ahead of the curve with regular factory visits, training sessions, and industry events - Manage

digital assets, including product images and marketing materials, using Dropbox
