We are looking for a Telecaller & Admission Counsellor who can connect with prospective students and guide them regarding courses, counselling, and admissions at our institute.

The role involves handling student enquiries, regular follow-ups, and inviting interested students for counselling sessions at the institute.

Responsibilities
Call prospective students and explain available courses
Invite interested students to visit the institute for counselling
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain communication
Handle enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
Maintain basic records of calls and inquiries
Coordinate with the counselling team regarding admissions
Build a qualified and positive experience for students and parents

Requirements :




Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Comfortable speaking with students and parents on calls daily
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
Friendly, confident, and convincing personality
Positive follow-up skills and communication etiquette
Ability to work sincerely and maintain professionalism

Preferred
Experience in telecalling, counselling, admissions, customer support, education sales, or inside sales
Experience in education institutes, coaching centres, colleges, or EdTech is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
