Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify recent leads
Follow up on inquiries and quotations
Maintain sales records and customer databases
Communicate with customers after they place orders
Assist customers with product-related queries
Coordinate updates regarding production, dispatch, and installation
Handle customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues
Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction
Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
Maintain CRM and customer records

Other requirements
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Friendly, qualified, and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable speaking on phone calls and WhatsApp with clients
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups

Performance Incentive : Earn attractive commissions on every successful sale, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
