ROLE SUMMARY

Rock Tumblerz teachers are not traditional teachers. They are: - Warm co-regulators - Emotionally intelligent guides - Movement-friendly facilitators - Sensory-aware observers - Storytellers and imagination supporters

Teachers help children learn through movement, sensory play, rhythm, imagination, and gentle guidance — not worksheets.

⭐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Classroom Facilitation (Movement + Sensory + EI)
Conduct daily activities as trained
Follow scripts and activity flow
Maintain predictable classroom rhythm
Ensure gentle behaviour guidance (no scolding) Support children emotionally and physically :
Use movement, sensory play, and imagination
Follow Rock Tumblerz pedagogy 100%
Parent Communication (Limited Scope)
Qualified Conduct
Use soft tone with children
Maintain personal hygiene and professionalism Follow centre rules and routines :




Coordinate with centre head and trainer

⭐ QUALIFICATIONS Preferred: - Graduate (any stream) - Early Childhood Education training (bonus) - Arts stream bonus
Experience with children

Comfortable with movement (jumping, crawling, dancing)
Patience and emotional regulation

Ability to follow trainer instructions strictly
