Butterfly International is a large and up-to-date roof tiles manufacturer and supplier in Asia, With quality and trust at our core, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and architecture industry.
Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, architects, and dealers.
Generate and follow up on leads to meet sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and client needs.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create tailored proposals.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Keep track of showroom stock and coordinate with backend teams for timely replenishment.
Maintain proper records of stock movement, sales,



and customer requirements.
Stay updated with ongoing sales strategies and promotions.
Share insights and customer feedback with management for improving sales approaches.
Submit periodic reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Requirements :
Proven experience in business development or sales (experience in roofing, tiles, or construction industry is a plus).
Excellent communication skills.
Strong networking ability and confidence to build client relationships.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Driving License (LMV)
Open to travel across the state as per sales requirements.
Self-driven, energetic, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
Comfortable using MS Office and basic sales software/tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
