Job TItle : Customer Care Executive: Domestic Process

Location : Noida, Sector-60 (Work from office)

Education : Must be a Graduate

Experience : (Graduates with 06 months experience) or (Graduate Freshers can apply)

Shift Timings : Process 01 : Shift is 24*7 for both Males & Females (Any 10-hour shift)

Process 02 : (5 AM to 2 AM -Males) & (6 AM to 8 PM- Females) (Any 9-hour shift)

Process 03 : (5 AM to 1 AM -Males) & (6 AM to 8 PM- Females) (Any 9 hour shift)

Responsibilities :
Handle customer interactions in a qualified manner
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined SLAs
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Document customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as per process guidelines
Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
Meet individual and team performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, and productivity targets
Handle customer objections, de-escalate irate callers, and ensure positive resolution
Stay updated with process changes, product updates, and training modules
Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality teams
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
