Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Education Counsellor who will be responsible for converting leads into admissions for Digivik’s online courses. The role requires solid communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for guiding students toward the right career path.

Key Responsibilities
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding
Provide accurate information about course structure, fees, and career outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with students

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Proven experience in admissions counselling, sales, or tele-calling




Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and close admissions effectively
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech or online course sales
Familiarity with digital marketing courses
Ability to handle high-volume lead pipelines
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Number of admissions converted per month
Lead-to-conversion ratio
Revenue generated from course enrollments
Follow-up efficiency and response time
